Reside is a software platform designed for sober living homes, halfway houses, and recovery residences. Reside helps organizations manage operations such as resident accountability, meeting attendance, chore completion, announcements, calendars, reporting, and related administrative workflows.

In this Privacy Policy, "Reside," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Putnam Media Group LLC, the legal owner and operator of the platform. "You" refers to any user of the platform, including administrators, staff, residents, and visitors to our website.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

• The Reside marketing website
• The Reside application
• Account registration and onboarding flows
• Emails and communications sent through the platform
• Any other interactions you have with Reside online

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked from our platform.

We collect information that you provide directly, information collected automatically through use of the platform, and information provided by organizations that use Reside.

A. Information You Provide Directly

Depending on how you use Reside, we may collect:

• Full name, username, and email address
• Password and authentication credentials
• Organization or house name and role within the organization
• Account profile information
• Support requests and communications
• Information entered into forms, reports, announcements, calendars, notes, and other platform features

If you are an administrator or staff user, you may also enter information about other users — including residents — as part of your organization's use of the platform.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use Reside, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, access times, app interactions, and log data relating to authentication and security events.

C. Organizational Data

Organizations using Reside may create or upload data relating to the operation of a house or program, including resident rosters, meeting attendance records, chore assignments and completions, compliance data, announcements, calendar events, report recipient lists, and staff-entered notes.

D. Payment and Billing Data

If you pay for Reside, payment information is processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may receive limited billing-related data such as customer ID, subscription status, billing plan, and invoice status.

E. Communications Data

If you receive emails, invitations, password reset links, or reports from Reside, we may collect information associated with the sending and delivery of those communications, including recipient address, delivery status, timestamps, and message metadata.

4. Sensitive Information and Recovery-Related Context

Reside may be used in contexts involving recovery housing, sobriety support, court-related documentation, and resident accountability. Some information entered into the platform may be sensitive in nature.

Organizations using Reside are responsible for determining what information they choose to enter into the platform and for ensuring that their use complies with any applicable legal or regulatory obligations. • Enable house operations and administrative workflows

• Enforce our Terms of Service and protect platform integrity

6. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information for money.

A. Within Your Organization

Information you submit may be visible to authorized administrators, staff, or other users within your organization based on their role and permissions. For example, house managers may be able to view resident activity, compliance status, and reports.

B. Service Providers

We may share information with trusted vendors who help us operate Reside, including providers of hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and security tools. These providers are authorized to access information only as needed to perform services for us.

C. Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, enforce our agreements, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Reside, our users, or others.

D. Business Transfers

If you are a resident user accessing Reside through a sober home or recovery residence, some requests may need to be directed first to your organization, as that organization may control the underlying account and data entered into the platform.

If you reside in a state that provides specific privacy rights, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We will process qualifying requests as required. Unless otherwise stated, Reside does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If our data practices change in a way that triggers additional legal obligations, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

12. International Users

Reside is operated in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using Reside, you acknowledge that data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your country of residence.

Reside is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
